The fault was measured in seconds. The disruption was measured in hours.
The enquiry will focus on the power supply. It always does. Someone will produce a report about redundancy on the electrical feed, a capital request will follow, and a Board somewhere will approve it with the quiet satisfaction of a problem solved.
